Many prescriptions can be renewed by phone. When you call, have your medication and pharmacy names and numbers handy.
Laboratory and Test Results…
Patients will be notified of all lab and/or test results whether normal or abnormal as they become available. If you have a test and do not hear from us in several days, please call us.
Results are available on the portal.
Testing and Referrals…
When specialist care or testing is required, we will help you to schedule tests, and/or locate an appropriate physician to meet your needs. In order to efficiently process referral requests, we appreciate, if possible, 48 hour advanced notice in order to obtain necessary doctor and insurance plan approvals.
