Each physician has over 20 years of experience in Family Medicine. We provide state of the art quality health care for women, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
The office is open daily Monday thru Saturday. Your Family’s health is our priority and we look forward to seeing you soon.
For routine care, physicals, “minor” problems and immunizations, please try to schedule your appointment several days in advance. We try to handle acute medical problems on a same day basis. To cancel an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule that appointment.
Payment and Insurance…
Payments and co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept Visa and Mastercard as well cash and personal checks. If you belong to an insurance plan in which we are a participating provider, we will be happy to submit your claim and then bill you as the insurance policy dictates.
We make every effort to be flexible in dealing with insurance plans. If you have any insurance or payment questions, please call our business office.
